About Brent
An early career in hotel management led me to live in a little town called Masham in the Yorkshire Dales. Days off were spent bobbing around the country lanes in a rickety old Land Rover with my friend Kath in search of antique furniture to re-upholster. It was there I learnt how to make curtains and my love of interior styling began.
Moving back to Cheshire I briefly ran my own menswear business, but for the last twenty five years I've worked for a major home retailer helping clients to tailor interior schemes that reflect their own individual needs and lifestyles.
No project is ever the same, varying between single room residential projects, whole house refurbishments to hotel interiors, building a reliable network of suppliers and trusted craftsmen along the way.

The Design Process
Choosing someone to help you design your home interior is the first step to creating a beautiful home. Perhaps you have a clear idea of your own taste or simply want someone else to provide the inspiration. Either way I love to collaborate with my clients so at the end of the process you end up with an interior you'll be proud of for years to come.
Initial Consultation
You may be starting with a blank canvas or simply trying to create a new look using some of your favourite pieces. Either way I'll start with a chat on the telephone or perhaps a video call?
AÂ chance to discuss your likes and dislikes, the scale of the project and your budget.
Home Visit
Once you decide to go ahead, a home visit is a chance to look at the space and review everything from the current layout to any future plans you're about to embark upon?
We'll then work together to create the scheme that works for you, selecting fabrics, choosing paint finishes, lighting and furniture.

Installation
When dealing with lots of tradesman it can difficult to deliver everything at the same time. I'll make sure the installation of your new scheme works for your timeline, but If you'd rather have someone else deal with this pressure then different levels of project management can be arranged to suit your individual needs.
